Revenge of the League 15

It was infuriating.

Ironhand was not the brightest of villains but he was a formidable opponent and Miss Britain would not have taken him on alone unless she had no alternative.  This time, though, every move she made came out right.  She saw his clumsy swings almost before he began them and slipped neatly aside.  She saw openings like gaping holes in his defences and exploited them with accuracy and power.  All the while, at the back of her mind was the fact that this was a fight she had to lose and that each time she hurt or embarrassed him she was just making him angrier.

Her booted foot crashed into his jaw and she saw his knees tremble.  If she was going to let him win, she realised, it was going to have to be soon.
